I consulted with Heather Dickerson agency about doing a bankruptcy in December 2023. January 2024, I paid Heather's agency 300$ and was robbed completely. after I got into a bad car accident in February of that year (2024) and almost lost my life. When able to I contacted Heathers office several times about filing my bankruptcy or refunding my payment and neither was done. No services were rendered . No bankruptcy was filed. After I was hospitalized long term, my bank denied my dispute since too much time had passed for the dispute . I have called, emailed, texted, attempted to contact someone in every which way to only be met with no response or complete disrespect. This office is a scam , completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone entrust this business with their hard earned money.

Heather Dickson is a great attorney and affordable. She filed bankruptcy for me last year, and was a great pleasure to work with directly. But now that I am trying to file for my parents I am faced with issues due to her secretary whom is unprofessional and honestly creating a bed name for her practice. He is rude and refuses to verbally communicate. He wants to keep sending text messages, even after being asked on several attempts to be contacted via a phone call. And honestly half of the time he doesn't respond where I have to do a follow up. He told me I had to get an array of paperwork to file for their bankruptcy, and then once I got all of it together, he then says they are to busy to take my parents case now. Mind you they have a court date for a judgment next week. Please Heather find a more professional employee to handle your customer service because he is NOT it!!!!! He is misrepresenting your practice and making it look like this is the type of service you provide, when it is quite the contrary of that because you are an awesome attorney. Unfortunately he is does not represent the same professionalism that you do.
