Adam Astley is a razor- sharp lawyer. As a lawyer practicing in Omaha for 30 years, I can tell you that there are but a handful of excellent divorce lawyers in town. Adam is most certainly one of them. Adam is extremely bright, hard working, and always knows the law. The last thing you want to do if you are going through the pain of divorce is to compound your misery with a sub-par lawyer. Do your self a favor and check this guy out.

Mr. Astley was my attorney and my experience was terrible. I felt like he didn't care at all about my case and he wasn't even there to go over the final paper work with me when it came time to sign. I received what I believe is a very, very, very poor settlement. While I believe that Mr. Astley is a knowledgeable attorney, I do not feel that he used that knowledge for my benefit. Also, when I got billed, there was never a breakdown of the hours or the reason for such a high bill, just a huge bill. Given my personal experience, I can not recommend Mr. Astley. He just did not seem to care at all about helping me.

Terrible, awful experience with this attorney. I didn't get 1/2 (or ANY) of our bank accounts, not 1/2 (or ANY) of our business nor 1/2 of anything. I was a stay at home mom for 20 yrs, married for 20 yrs. with 3 children. I got 5 yrs alimony at a pittance of our company income. It was a joke and I felt extremely pressured to settle. Absolutely the worst "professional" experience of my life.
