Neil, Thank you so much for fighting for my family and thank you so much for winning this case today. We've been fighting Child Protective Services for over a year and half. After few set backs and losing a case infront of our first judge, I lost hope. I kept thinking that no judge will ever listen to my side of the story and that they'll just continue to listen to this corrupt CPS. I recently had a case closed out. Mr. Agarwal was very determined, always on time, he also is for his clients and what's best for them. He is a fighter and he will most definitely speak up for you and is always very blunt and honest. I was thankful to have him there. There was a couple times where I almost made the wrong decisions in court and he was right there to give me more clarity before I picked the wrong choice.
