My wife and I recently closed on an off-market home, and we couldn't have done it without the expertise and guidance of Jerome, Jill, and their team. From day one, they were responsive, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable about the nuances of real estate law — especially for a non-traditional transaction like ours as first time home buyers. They made sure every document was reviewed with care, protected our interests throughout the negotiation process, and explained each step in a way that made us feel confident and informed. Thanks to their diligence, we were able to close smoothly and on schedule. We're so grateful to have had Jerome and Jill on our team and would highly recommend them to anyone navigating the home-buying process — truly top-notch service.

I've worked with Jerome's real estate attorney team at AT&R a few times over the past five years and they have exceeded expectations at every turn! I've been consistently impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the team, and they've been persistent in finding solutions to some of the really thorny problems I've had to deal with in my transactions. I believe retaining them as my representative has put me in a better negotiating position several times and I trust Jerome implicitly to look out for my best interests as a client.

Do not go to this law firm for probate matters, especially if someone's life and wellbeing are on the line. My family dealt with multiple lawyers at this firm and the experience was traumatic and disheartening for all of us. They will present a strategy to you that they never actually follow through on once you sign with them. We constantly had to repeat and re explain facts, timelines, evidence, and issues we had already provided multiple times. Important evidence felt unread or ignored, and hearings were often underprepared. Instead of feeling represented, we felt like we had to hand hold the lawyers through the entire process while paying massive legal bills to do it. We were billed to repeat ourselves, billed for meetings where it felt like nobody was paying attention, and pressured into accepting things we should not have had to accept given the evidence. My grandmother has been billed close to $100,000 and virtually nothing meaningful was accomplished. There were inconsistencies throughout the billing and process, and now when we ask questions about the charges, they have stopped responding and refuse to answer us. From our experience, this firm seemed more interested in keeping things easy and staying on good terms with opposing counsel than actually fighting for their clients. This experience caused enormous emotional and financial damage to our family. I would never recommend this firm for contested probate matters.

Jerome and the team at ATR are beyond exceptional. We had an extremely complicated real estate transaction involving a 1031 exchange. The effort, thought and expertise utilized at every level, made this complicated transaction close on time and with every variable and issue completely addressed. Highly Recommend!

I had never needed the services of an attorney before. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Lauren Thomas as our attorney at Ainsworth, Thelin and Raftice. They were able to handle all my needs including the estates of two parents, the closing of a nonprofit organization, and they guided us through the writing of our wills and POAs. I had become discouraged about closing the nonprofit after another firm couldn't do it. Lauren and her paralegal did a deep dive into the old records of the nonprofit and to my relief were able to get it done. Lauren was friendly and approachable and the firm has very knowledgeable and helpful paralegals. I will definitely use this firm again if I have any future legal needs.

We had a transaction with very difficult negotiations. Mr. Gamache and Mr. Kanozak were voices of reason throughout the ordeal. There's a difference between telling you what to do versus letting you figure out what's in your own best interest. We were treated with respect and given complete support with whatever path we chose. Of all the things that we could have wanted to change with the lifecycle of this transaction, engaging the services of the staff at this firm was not one of them. We are very happy customers.
