Jan always keeps a close eye on my case, recommends the best strategies, and has excellent communications throughout the process. Albrecht Immigration services takes a personal interest in every client and their families. Recently, we worked with Jan Albrecht for my husband's U.S Green Card process. Jan was very professional and knowledgeable. He is very attentive throughout the whole process and focused on every detail of our situation which made it so much easier and stress free for us. If we had any questions they were clearly and promptly answered. He took the time to provide us thoughtful and informed legal advice based on his own personal and professional experiences without all the hassle. He was clear and to the point which made it easier to understand the entire process. Our application was submitted and with-in a very short time we received the letter from USCIS. Jan has continuously checked in with us throughout the entire process from interviews to the final step of submitting the applications for removing conditions which made us feel that we were more than just a case he worked on by filing. He cared about the end result for us. I highly recommend Albrecht Immigration Services and Jan. If we ever needed to, we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Jan Albrecht is an excellent immigration layer who helped my wife and I get our green cards. He is very professional and always gave us clear guidance on how and when to prepare immigration documents. He is excellent at answering any questions we have along the process. We're also impressed by how he's actively tracking immigration schedule (like visa bulletin) and kept reminding us what to do in different phases. We're also very lucky to have him with us during our green card interview. Everything went so smoothly! What impressed us more was : after the interview our priority date was not current yet, so our case had been sent back to one of immigration office and we had to wait for our priority date to be current before our case could be processed. As far as I know, usually it will take at least several weeks for our case to be processed again after our priority date is current. But Jan sent out a letter to immigration officer and right after our priority date went current and we received our case get processed and approved within a week! We truly appreciate his proficiency！ I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration layer!

Jan was very helpful throughout the whole process and made things much easier. He was responsive, easy to talk to, and thorough with his preparation and discussions. I would recommend him to anybody needing help with immigration. Edit: Having completed our naturalization process since my initial review, my recommendation is unchanged: Jan was great every step of the way.

I rarely write reviews online, but Jan Albrecht did an absolutely terrific job processing my wife's immigrant visa. He was attentive, supportive, payed close attention to important details, and always contactable and prompt. I cannot recommend his services more highly. I should also note that before choosing Jan we shopped around for multiple immigration attorneys, and are extremely glad we ultimately chose Jan! It made all the difference.

I asked a friend as I was facing a hard time, and was looking for an experienced immigration attorney. She told me that she knew a few, but Jan Albrecht had already assisted her brother and so she suggested me to address him. I couldn't thank her more! From the first time, Jan's responses were direct and to the point. He told me that my case was not an easy one, but we would fight together. And indeed, he did so, he fought as if he was I. We had a very satisfying cooperation, where he was calm enough to instruct me properly, and his confident and cool attitude to the case smoothed my anxiety too. He has amazing professionalism and intelligence, to identify the strong and weak points of everyone's case and decide the appropriate steps to the success. However, he is receptive to his client's opinion, and doesn't act on his own. The results of our cooperation were amazing, as we overturned a situation that, to be honest, I didn't even know how many chances of success had. To conclude, I was absolutely delighted to cooperate with Jan Albrecht, and I am perfectly sure that he will continue to make his lucky clients happy.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Jan Albrecht. He assisted with my green card application and within 8 months my case was approved. He made the process smooth, timely and stress free. He was always available over text/ call/ email and would respond almost immediately. I would 100% recommend hiring an attorney to make sure one doesn't miss out on any important details, and Mr. Jan would be my number one attorney to contact.

I've worked with Jan over the course of almost 10 years from working to get an H1-B Visa to a Green Card to finally getting my citizenship! Throughout it all, Jan was an absolute professional, he perfectly handled all the paperwork and any miscellaneous materials that would give me the best chance to prove my case to USCIS at any stage of the process. All this was possible through very reasonable fees. Something intangible that Jan was able to provide was a sense of security and peace of mind. At no point did I feel uninformed or unprepared, his decades of experience really show as he will always give you the full range of scenarios. As a bonus Jan even helped me in an emergency when I was out of country without the proper documentation! I owe all of the success in my immigration journey to his experience and professionalism. I have recommended him to many of my immigrant colleagues and encourage any undecided or anxious immigrants in the US to do the same!
