For Green Card Perm/140 , I highly recommend Mr Jeff Weisberg who is one of the attorney from this office. Mr Jeff is extremely talented in getting Complex Perm Approvals.

I just talked to one of my friends today who went to this law firm for STEM OPT Extension last month. He clearly mentioned his case and asked for a letter of explanation from lawyer to support his case and which is the only reason he ever went to the law firm in the first place. And today, he was told by the legal assistant that a letter won't be attached to my case after discussing with lawyers(of course legal assistant never told my friend what exactly lawyer discussed or anything whatsoever). When he mentioned his intentions again for the letter they informed him that it's not going to happen and they are just gonna submit the documents that my friend gave it to them. Considering all this my friend wanted to submit the application on his own or probably hire someone else who is competent enough to handle the situation as per his convenience and requested for a refund (I still don't understand why anyone would hire a lawyer to just courier the documents). He was asked to come to the office like today in an hour to collect documents but refund is not possible because of the enormous efforts that were put into his application of not doing anything that my friend is asked for. Kudos to you guys for absolute nada! Keep up the professionalism of doing nothing.

I recommend using them for Green cards but not so much for H1s. We had denials on every case in 2016-2017, but that was the time USCIS came up with "specialty occupation" and "employer-employee relationship" and attorneys were doing trial and error with H1 filings. My issue was that we did not get to see the way the petitions were filed until much later because they said that their work is proprietary and others are copying it so they wouldn't share it. It was much later that we got to see and although there were no errors, we felt like it could have been handled better.

I highly recommend Amarnath Gowda for any immigration related information/cases. Being highly reputed immigration attorney in Michigan, he is very professional and also humble. After leaving a voice note to his number, he called me back even with his busy schedule to listen to my visa issues and provided professional feedback. He was very supportive and guided me in the right direction. I would like to use this platform to thank him for his time and guidance.
