  They explain all the information in a way that I can fully understand it and make me feel safe and secure going through this process and supported so I couldn't be more thankful for their assistance. So far I've spoken to Roger and Eli and the initial lady that took my very first phone call I don't remember her name but she was amazing as well and I'm incredibly thankful for them helping me take control of my life again and keeping me safe along with my child while I go through this process thank you guys Y'all are amazing and we're just getting started.

  As I am reading these reviews, it says something about the argumentative tone about the company's response. It is troubling in itself, that should be a deterrent to anyone seeking help here. I was reading these reviews to simply see if my experience is an isolated event, and troubling to see that it is not! Admittedly, I have spoken to some professional seemingly compassionate attorneys here that have been somewhat helpful. However, after my last attorneys consult, the individual called me early to waste about 10-minutes over the phone at the outset of the call reading the notes, instead of being ready to discuss the case, then began talking AT me, when I began to speak she would abruptly cut me off, as it was distracting. None of the few attorneys never spoke to me in such an off-putting tone, which was highly distracting and overtly rude, telling that my question made no sense, when she clearly was not listening, forcing me to repeat and reiterate slowly the same question to get an pacifying response. I had to call back to reschedule an appointment with a different attorney in hopes that my concerns could be heard and received the proper guidance. I merely expressed my concerns on not getting that seemingly rude (personality) attorney. The scheduler appeared compassionate about my concern, stating that she would notify a supervisor, rescheduled me a new appointment for AUGUST 5, 2025, but no one has called and has not answered my repeated calls and text, as of this date of this review. Therefore, if you have any grievances, just like the responses of these reviews, it gives the appearance of "could care less." I now feel abandoned and ghosted by these people when I need them theee most, over a child custody case, while school is approaching and fearing the safety net of my grandchildren. TROUBLING!!

  Scam! Please do not give these people that your money. This is a scam. they say that the retainer fee will book them for a year they get you to buy into their document services. Their document service takes your money says that they will produce your documents within 12 to 14 days for an expedited fee. It has been six months I have seen nothing. The document company stop answering my phone calls and is blocked my number. The Lawyer company has also stopped answering my phone calls, and now has an unusable number. All of their information has disappeared from the Internet and their webpage comes up as unavailable. All of my emails are missing from them overnight. There is nobody to contact in the company to get any money back. There's nobody to contact in the company to produce any results, they keep you stringed along while they Keep asking for more money and produce no results. They give you just enough Hope to keep giving more money. They will pop up again. They will try to do this again. Right now, the reviews have started again. It won't be long before all these reviews are also missing from online just like the initial reviews. They've been wiping their histories so that we can't contact them to get our money back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will be suing this company as soon as I can find them.

  They were good when I started the process. Helped me all the way up to mediation. Also, the paperwork people were great. That's where I found out I had a court date and my wife hadn't served me. Which she paid for in court. I few weeks I set up a call for hopefully my last court date. The day came and went. When I called the phone immediately went dead. Text went unanswered. I checked the reviews and see all the negative reviews. Then I see the website is down. Guess they skipped town. With some research you can find reputable family law attorneys that will take your case and not leave you bankrupt. Best of luck to everyone.

  Honestly if I could leave 0 stars would be great. I initially wanted to talk to them because I needed to get my custody order agreement amended and my son back from my ex who took him away from me against my consent. I need assistance with the lawyer. It's been a month and I have not heard nothing from them but yet they took my $550 from my account and yet they refuse to refund me my money. This agency is a scam and I would suggest anyone to look into it correctly and I'm even gonna put a complaint on the BBB and bar complaint as well. Horrible and they don't even help you at all. Horrible people and agency. I was recommended to them through CPS and we are no CPS is the bullcrap. They don't do anything to help children in need until it's too late.

  They start off all concerned and responsive but once I paid them they diverted my calls to an answering machine! Then they said it would be 8-12 Weeks to provide my documents...LIE! It took them 16 weeks with me calling to push them to do it. Then they say you can't file a complaint on until you go through a previous step which I did.And sent them an email and text, and they never responded to it.So that's the try and intimidate you from reporting them on sites like this or the better business.Bureau. DON'T GET USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

  Looks like me and my fiancé got scammed from them too. We have been waiting for a refund and nothing. They haven't called or contacted us. I will definitely be reporting them to BBb and the bar association. If anything I might find another real lawyer and sue this people. Get more then just my $550. This sucks when you felt like you would get legal help and they just scam you.

  This is the worst company ever it is a SCAM. If you cannot provide any service, at least refund my money back! Since their numbers are out of service, the office is shut down, and the emails no longer work, I am unable to get in contact with them at all. I Have filed a dispute with chase bank to get my money back, just for chase bank to tell me that they got in contact with this Company, and that This company will not allow to give me my money back. BUT HOW DID THEY GET IN CONTACT IF THEYRE SHUT DOWN? I'm so lost how Chase was able to contact them but they're unable to give us paying clients a working number, email or office to even go to. It's Horrible that you shut off All your numbers, emails, and offices just so nobody can get their money back for the services that I paid for, BUT if it's a major company like "chase bank" Then they will respond to the banks disputing them telling them that they won't refund the money. Not only does this company have my bank account information , they are able to take out money any time they please and charge it as an ACH transaction so Chase Bank can't refund me my money is INFURIATING. THIS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
