Anthony M. Hohn

Anthony M. Hohn is a South Dakota litigation attorney whose practice encompasses commercial and complex litigation, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and public finance. A native of Sioux Falls, Mr. Hohn earned his J.D. from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2007, where he served as lead articles editor for the South Dakota Law Review. Following his graduation, he gained judicial experience as a law clerk for the South Dakota Second Judicial Circuit, covering Minnehaha and Lincoln counties.

Mr. Hohn has received professional recognition, including being named the 2016 Young Lawyer of the Year by the State Bar of South Dakota. He has also been selected to the Great Plains Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Business Litigation annually since 2014 and is ranked among the top 5% of practicing lawyers in South Dakota by Great Plains Super Lawyers in Civil Litigation: Defense. His professional leadership roles include serving as President of the Second Judicial Circuit Bar Association, chair of the South Dakota State Bar's Debtor/Creditor Committee, and a court-appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Dakota. Additionally, Mr. Hohn contributes to the community through service on various local boards.
