Quite disappointed! I am new in the Us and really surprised with the way the staff talked in person to me with the very-hard-to-listen words that made me scared to tears.

I used mr tsai's office for my wife's immigration. Mr tsai and his staff, Hanh, was friendly and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. They made the whole process hassle free for me. Thank you very much.

Expect to get yelled at when you go see Danny. He is a very rude and impatient person. He yelled at me for asking the same question twice. I would rather pay extra at another law firm and get treated like a human being. If you need another affordable place to go to, head over to Immigration law group. Elliot Yi is great.
