About Attorney General
The Nevada Attorney General's Office serves as the top law enforcement office for the State of Nevada, acting as a resource for its residents. With nearly 400 dedicated employees, the office investigates and prosecutes crimes, combats fraud and corruption, assists consumers, and protects the rights of Nevadans.
The office is organized into several bureaus, including the Bureau of Consumer Protection, which enforces deceptive trade and antitrust laws; the Bureau of Criminal Justice, responsible for criminal prosecutions, fraud cases, public integrity, crimes against vulnerable populations, and victim support services; the Bureau of Governmental Affairs, covering areas such as Government and Natural Resources, Gaming, Business and Taxation, and Health and Human Services; and the Bureau of Litigation, which includes Appellate, Personnel, and Public Safety divisions.
Beyond its core functions, the Attorney General's Office addresses a range of public concerns, including child advocacy, protection from sex offenders, internet safety, foreclosure information, senior protection, immigrant support, human trafficking, and open government initiatives. It also provides resources for victims of crime, covering domestic violence, identity theft, and technological crime. The office operates under the legal authority outlined in Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 228, which defines its organization and prosecutorial powers.

Can't get through on the phone it's a big run around!! TV commercials says if you need my help just call his office that's laughable he's not readily available. they will say anything and promise anything just to get your vote. Very disappointed in this attorney general

You would think that just being a handicap person would be good enough to file a complaint with the Attorneys general office but it didn't. I tried again by telling them that I was a veteran as well and they told me that if I drop my lawsuit that they would help me yet I never had a lawsuit yet. I'm still waiting for the Nevada Equal rights commission to stop discriminating me and give me the right to sue letter and I've been waiting for over 4 years since I filed it in September of 2019.
