I hired Curtis Shelton in my divorce/custody case. It's not even over yet but already I would highly recommend Mr. Shelton to anyone for any legal needs. He's kind and patient, smart and rational. He is also prompt with communication and almost always available. (Unless he's involved in another case, of course.) I can't recommend Mr. Shelton highly enough.

My husband and I recently hired Todd Benson with this law firm to handle a real estate case. We entered into a buy/sell agreement with a buyer for our home, but the buyers did not show up to the scheduled closing. A real estate professional recommended we use for Todd for our case. We were able to speak with him the same afternoon and met in his office the next day. From that first encounter, Todd was prompt and professional. He offered top-notch advice and made my husband and I feel very in control of the decisions that were made in our case. He interpreted the confusing legal jargon and left us feeling confident about our options with every conversation. In the end, he negotiated a fair settlement, helping us to avoid a stressful court appearance. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Todd Benson. I hope it is a very long time before we need legal representation again, but if the time comes, I know who we will contact. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed!
