I hired this law firm first. My lawyer Ms. JAY was a total scam. Come to find out she was running for judge and could care less about the facts of your case. I now have full custody after hiring new counsel IMMEDIATELY after the temp hearing. I highly reccomend you fire them immediately and hire a lawyer who works in your best interests. These lawyers are here to bill you premium rates while they attempt to split the baby. The temporary orders she persuaded me to agree to turned out to be the worst decision I made other than hiring them. After bringing it to the attention of senior managing attourny Constance A. Mims she attempted to "handle it in house" stating "this would effect Ms. Jays lively hood." Totally disregarding the child's lives they have effected. If you have been a victim of this firm I encourage you to speak up. Time to drain the swamp. Complaint filed to state bar. Continuly praying this firm will suffer the consequences of their bad faith. I had the pleasure of using Beal Law Firm as my representation for a very complex 3 year battle. I couldn't be more pleased with the blessing that this law firm has been in my & in my daughters life! From the way the phone is answered, being warmly and quickly greeted whenever you walk in the office, to email/phone correspondence, the initial meeting, the mediations, and the multiple times I was in court ... I felt like I was showing up to a knife fight with a fighter jet. The professional and personal care they've always given us just not comparable anywhere else. If you want to win your case and have the best interest of your children at heart I don't suggest you go anywhere else!! Not for one minute was I left in the dark about anything. Complex legal terms were explained to me whenever I asked and I felt at peace and protected constantly. My favorite part was when I won attorney fees and Mr. Beal's accreditation's were read out loud for the record... he's insanely talented and respected by his fellow attorneys and judges.
