If I could give negative stars…that would be giving too much credit. Honestly the worst "lawyer" I've ever met. Public pretender for sure! Did not honor or respect my wishes in regards to my case. Called a witness that was not previously discussed and I would have NEVER agreed too. Didn't call any six of my subpoenaed witnesses. Rarely answered/responded to phone calls, texts and emails. Verbally attacked me in the waiting area of the courthouse with his finger in my face and repeatedly speaking over me. When I told him he was being aggressive he responded "I'm being aggressive because you're not listening to me!" I said I did not have faith in him to follow my wishes and he said "oh so you want a new lawyer? I'll tell the judge right now" and stormed off. Unprofessional, irrational, clueless and does not do his due diligence fighting FOR his CLIENT. The guy made me extremely uncomfortable and ultimately jeopardized my case by working parallel to the prosecution. Also condescending and just plain rude. If you get him as your court appointed attorney, file a motion for a new one immediately. You will not regret it. But if you have to sell your organs to hire a private attorney, that's your best bet! Good luck…
