There are no words that accurately describe Brian Paul. I have had Brian represent me twice in legal battles with my ex wife. I quickly realized I had found one of the best attornies in the state and maybe even the country. It took time to truly develop an appreciation for his personal qualities. I have never met a person who showed me how much he cared about me as a human being. I was very angry about what my ex wife had done to me. Brian kept me on the "road" even when I began to veer off into an area of the case which was not our primary concern. I have had some very difficult days over the past 12 years. She is a hard nosed human being who had a very competent attorney. Brian was able to get the upper hand legally and then leveraging that to negotiate a fair settlement for me. I learned that being a top attorney is how well you can write. If you can articulate your position in writing based on fact, the law and precedent cases better than your opponent you will have the be
