  Mr. Cahn was very helpful, very professional, in helping me with my bankruptcy and other legal issues. In my opinion, you can't, or won't go wrong, if you chose him to handle your legal issues too. I never give any body tens or five stars, because there's always room for improvement, but I give him 4 and a half stars for sure.

  Brian and his team are great! I would absolutely recommend them. They are extremely responsive and even YEARS after my last dealings with them, they were quick to reply to a question that popped up and make sure that everything was squared away for me. Legal issues can be so stressful and they manage to be direct and realistic, while also offering expertise, patience and understanding.

  Brian and his team are AMAZING!!!! I had an extremely difficult bankruptcy that literally took nearly two years to complete. Brian never gave up and fought the trustee tooth and nail to make sure I was treated fairly. As hard as it got he never asked me for one more penny and he worked night and weekends. There were even times he was working while taking his child to school and events. I use to work with attorneys in my past career and NEVER did I see them put one second of their personal time into a case like Brian did. He truly believes in his clients. We are not just paychecks to him, we are people who need help and he is bound and determined to make sure we get the help we need to free ourselves from debt so we can get a fresh start. If you choose him you won't be disappointed, in fact the only disappointment you will have is if you don't choose him as your attorney.

  I would definitely recommend this firm and Brian to anyone. My experience was smooth and quick.   HIGHLY recommend Brian and his office, they made filing and the entire process so easy. Mike and Amy were truly phenomenal at keeping us up to date, sending us the info we needed in a timely manner, etc. the communication is 10/10.
