Be very cautious when allowing this firm to represent you. I provided a detailed case summary which explicitly said at the very top I was looking for contingency representation. They reviewed the case summary asked me questions about certain parts and I replied. They agreed to represent me. When it came time to send me a engagement letter stating the terms of the representation it was not on a contingency basis. I emailed back about the discrepancy and had only 1 week left before an important deadline by the courts all of which they were fully aware. I was completely ignored from this part forward. Let this be a cautionary tale of how they do not fully read the documents they receive and may miss some very important details regarding a case they take on for you. I would be weary to allow them to represent me even on a contingency basis after this massive oversight. Just be careful using this firm.
