No one is thrilled with the legal aspects of a divorce, nor with the thoughts of escalating legal bills. However, my representation by Sheila Charmoy of Charmoy & Charmoy removed the stresses and anxiety of a contentious divorce. Upon filing for divorce, my now ex was full of spite, not willing to negotiate or be reasonable, armed with one goal - to make present and future life as emotionally and financially draining as possible for myself and the family. While many people would stress to an ulcer, Sheila made the process better with strong negotiations, foresightful legal knowledge, and sympathetic advice. Her strength is her legal knowledge of the law. I think she even mentioned she reads case law for fun.
