I was in this building for an appt. I used the women's restroom, as I have lupus...not knowing this was not a public restroom. Mr. Searson- I was shocked in the way you approached me, as you lacked empathy, manners and were very arrogant. Trust me, I will not use "your restroom" again. You are no better than anyone else.
