Before my first call with Alexander Schultheis, he had done his homework. We were introduced through a mutual contact, who had given him the topic, and Alex proceeded to do his own research on the site, project, and issues in advance of our call. We were able to spend our time discussing strategy and issues, rather than background. Further, he made himself available with a few days notice to attend a town meeting on our behalf. I am so impressed with this level of care and service. Thank you Alex for taking the time and showing up in the best way.

They have a collections department there that is simply raking people. They have lied and cheated me. They gave me an amount to pay, which I did, then they somehow found out that there was another $400.00 due. Rather than informing me of it they waited until 2 days after the billing date, not the due date but the billing date to charge me another 650.00. So it cost me 650.00 for their $400 which they found. equaling $1050.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!! They will Literally sit on your case for almost the duration of statute of limitations then put in a demand last minute. All while price gauging their clients by charging 40% instead of the standard 33.3%. Don't waste your time or mental sanity, you'd have better luck tossing your case in a wishing well on April fools day.
