  I am very glad to have worked with Eric Garofano. It's always going to be stressful when heading towards a court appearance but Eric was at all times helpful, reassuring and professional. Over the long wait until the court date Eric was available and courteous, managing my expectations while building a persuasive case. All the preparation paid off handsomely when we received an unreserved judgment in our favor. Eric has continued to be supportive while dealing with the post-trial actions.
