  Cronin Bisson and Zalinsky is a law firm dedicated to honest, professional and reasonable representation. You couldn't have a better advocate on your side than John Cronin and his team. I had a complicated commercial real estate collection issue that went to a jury trial. John's knowledge and skill as an attorney resulted in the other party surrendering during a lunch break at the trial. The firm's rates are reasonable, but their results are exceptional. During my time in business I have hired a lot of lawyers; this group is among the best.

  If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky was an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, communication was a major issue; responses were sluggish and lacked clarity, making an already stressful situation unbearable. When it came to handling the escrow funds for our condo transaction, John Bisson showed a disturbing lack of professionalism and transparency. Several times, the funds were not disbursed on time, with no explanation provided. It was always one excuse after another, leading to severe delays that cost us additional money. The lack of accountability was astounding. Even more troubling were discrepancies in the escrow statement that were never satisfactorily explained, despite repeated inquiries. Dealing with Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky not only added layers of unnecessary stress to our property transaction but also led us to question the integrity of the whole process. I strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to look elsewhere. Trust and reliability are key in legal matters, and unfortunately, both are qualities that Cronin Bisson & Zalinsky profoundly lacks.

  John Bisson is our HOA's attorney. He has helped inform and advise us, a new board learning the ropes in challenging circumstances. He has patiently helped us understand the statues and bylaws and been thoughtful of the owners as in any community. His team has always helped get messages through when we had an urgent need, and John has called back or emailed.

  CBZ helped us out to challenge decisions being made by our Town Planning Board that would impact our property.   DO NOT USE! This group acts like they have never done a closing before. They did not send documents as a package, only a few at a time with no follow up or confirmation of accuracy. Then they sent the wire transfer of monies to the wrong bank. To get the funds returned took an FBI and bank investigation of 40 days. Lastly they had the nerve to charge me for the wire. What a nightmare.

  Unauthorized use of my Social Security Number and Insurance Policy and Banking Information causing fraudulent charges will lead you in prison for scamming your customers. FORMAL NOTICE – UNAUTHORIZED USE OF INSURANCE POLICY This is a formal notice to immediately cease and desist from using my insurance policy number for any claims, payments, or accident-related matters that do not involve me. I have already contacted my insurance provider to report this unauthorized activity. Any continued use of my policy information without permission will be treated as insurance fraud and may be reported to law enforcement and relevant regulatory agencies. You do not have authorization to use my identity, insurance policy number, or any associated personal information under any circumstances. Failure to comply may result in further legal action.

  All of our experiences with this firm have been positive, and we have a lot. The most recent was serving as advocate for our desire to obtain a Variance in the Town of Amherst. Christopher Drescher's research and presentation on this matter was excellent. He was part of our success story getting that variance! Years ago, John Cronin gave me the best legal advice of my life - something like - "JT - don't ask us to negotiate for you.... go make a face to face deal with your friend and then we'll put it in writing for you". It worked. 14 years later, that business divorce secured a BFF. And then our friend Bert Zalinsky always hits homeruns on a wide variety of legal matters. Go CBZ!
