  We have had the chance of working with both David and Katie. They are great, knowledgeable and very patient. We moved my mother here from California. Her Trust made years before in California needed revamping. David was very patient and caring with her (she was 94 at the time) to make sure she understood all the facets involved before she signed. In turn, we also set up our own Trust and Will. Feel that we are in good hands. Staff responds quickly to our emails with appropriate answers. Would recommend this firm in a heartbeat.

  Katie and the staff at David Bindrup have been absolutely wonderful. Our first visit at the end of the day we were late, stuck in a sudden downpour, but Katie and her staff were understanding meet with us and took the time to explain what it was we needed, how a living trust was set up, what we needed to go forward. At each meeting afterwards Katie was very sweet and patient with our mom who had lots of questions over and over. I have already talk to several of my friends and advised them to think about a living trust, and of course if they go with one go see David Bindrup law firm. Off the subject their office is beautiful, comfortable.

  We had a great experience with Katie and the David Bindrup law group. We were referred to them to set up our family trust through our financial advisor for their experience and ability to handle both simple and complex trusts. They were efficient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I am confident our assets are protected and that our trust will benefit our family when the time comes. They have multiple office throughout the valley that we were able to coordinate and meet at the one closest to us. It was very convenient. Highly recommend!

  Updating my trust was something I had been procrastinating over for too long. Finally, I choose the Law Office of Katie and David Bindrup in Henderson. From the first consultation with Katie , I knew I had selected the right firm to provide the legal direction I needed. Her manner immediately put me at ease. Katie was very thorough and clearly covered all aspects of the estate planning process. My second consultation was with David and he too proved to possess a wealth of subject matter knowledge. The final meeting was with Katie to review the completed product. I could not be more pleased. I am confident the trust is structured in a way that will protect my beneficiaries. They not only possess the expertise to produce my trust but they are both genuinely nice people. You can't help but get caught up in their exuberance for their work.   If you are dealing with the loss of a family member and need an estate attorney to help navigate probate smoothly, look elsewhere. My experience with Katie Bindrup was highly unprofessional, adversarial, and unnecessarily coercive. I actually found this firm and brought the estate business to them. Instead of acting as a professional guide to help Co-Administrators settle the estate, Katie immediately took sides, created conflict, and began treating me like a hostile witness. Her communication is incredibly condescending, going out of her way to send emails dictating that she 'does not accept walk-in appointments' before we had even established a working rhythm. Worse than the arrogance are her unethical bullying tactics. Katie sent an email demanding that I sign and return legal paperwork within an artificial 24-hour window, threatening to 'remove' me as a court-appointed Co-Administrator if I didn't comply. Any competent professional knows that removing a Co-Administrator requires a formal petition and proof of gross negligence before a judge—it is not something a lawyer can just threaten to do to force a quick signature on their timeline. She uses empty legal threats to try and intimidate people into submitting to her client's demands. If you want a lawyer who uses bullying tactics to divide families and turn an already difficult probate process into a toxic battleground, Katie is your attorney. If you want a professional who operates with basic ethics and respect, take your estate needs to literally any other firm in Henderson.

  We chose Bindrup Law for establishing a revocable family trust based on a reference from our TIAA wealth management advisor, and that could not have been more spot on. Katie showed immediate appreciation for not only our individual concerns but also for how to deal fairly with the complexities of a blended family spanning substantial age differences while protecting our interests in both the near and long terms. The documents Bindrup prepared were very thorough and inclusive, and Katie was continually responsive as questions arose on details of transferring assets to the trust, needs for establishing not only legal but also financial and medical powers of attorney, and structuring of our wills and other trust instruments while establishing successor trustee assignment to facilitate smooth transition of our estate into legacy trusts for our children. All told, we can't imagine a better firm for efficiently establishing means to wise and thorough estate planning, and we are extremely pleased to have Bindrup Law a part of our family team!
