BEWARE!!! THIS GUY IS A CROOK AND WANTS YOUR MONEY!! I went in for a bankruptcy and decided to cancel no work was completed and he took all my money. i reported David Lozano to california arbitration state bar to collect my money. PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM DAVID!!
