David is great!!! I cannot imagine a more thoughtful and intentional person to represent me. David is good at painting a realistic expectation of coming events, and financial costs. Mr. David Margrave is a very outstanding lawyer and great at his job. Mr. Margrave was very thorough. What was a stressful situation for me, Mr. Margrave and his staff made it very less stressful and walked be through every step of the process. My case was resolved in less then a month with very favorable results. I could not ask for a better lawyer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. March 10, 2024 David and I had a brief conversation on the phone regarding my situation with Bank of America and a fraud claim which they refused to investigate properly or reimburse after denying my claim. David was quick to inform me of my rights per the FTC and consumer laws and what actions he would be able take against BoA to include treble 3x damages which would amount to over 10k with paid Attorney fees. David also knows several other Attorney's who are experts dealing with these type of cases and can refer you to other Attorney's in the state of Colorado, that may be able to help with Bankruptcy, Business law, Real estate and consumer law or If you feel a class action lawsuit is justified.
