If I could give this law firm 6 stars I would. I came to him to pursue a lawsuit I laid everything out on the table of what I needed and for someone that has went to school for Paralegal this experienced lawyer telling me I have got this company in 3 areas for a great lawsuit and I do not have a law degree, but he knows his stuff and he is legendary in the law field that made me feel great. He did not practice the area of lawsuits that I was trying to pursue he pointed me in the right direction on where to go next to move forward with my lawsuit. As someone that has studied law as a Paralegal and Social and Criminal Justice I trust this lawyers judgment. If he had still offered this area of law and we went through with this lawsuit him and myself would be great in that courtroom. I would hand the evidence and everything to him and he would be my voice and representation in the court room. He is strong. I can connect with him, but it was just unfortunate he did not practice the area of law anymore. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone. He is an older lawyer he has knowledge wisdom and he knows the laws in North Carolina. If you sit down with him and be honest with him if he can not help you in his law firm he will get you to somebody that can help. I was very impressed. I am a mature woman that needed help and they helped me out a lot. Thank you

While on vacation, in Morehead City, NC, I fell and broke a bone. Went to the er and was told to see an orthopedic surgeon once I returned home (300 miles away). We contacted the restaurant where I had fallen and started working with their insurance company. Surgery happened and bills started mounting and it seemed the insurance company wasn't following through as we thought they should. My husband and I decided to seek advice from an attorney and happend upon Edward Murrelle. He was the best thing that could have happened. He proceded with our case and kept us informed on a weekly basis. He represented us very well and fought for what was deserved.

Ed Murrelle and his legal team are excellent. They resolved my personal injury claim after a serious automobile accident. The other driver, who was found at fault, was not injured, but my arm was broken by the explosive force of my air bag inflating. After an ambulance ride to the hospital and surgery to repair my broken arm, I began receiving a flood of mailings, telephone calls, and emails from the other driver's automobile liability insurance carrier as well as from my automobile comprehensive/medical insurance carrier. Despite my lifelong nursing experience and an MBA, I was overwhelmed with the storm of medical bills and insurance forms. My inquiries to the hospital and the insurance company went unanswered. I needed to be spending time in rehabilitation, not doing the insurance company's work. Then I remembered the warning from my attorney friend in another state, "Insurance companies are in the business of collecting premiums, not paying claims." A relative recommended Ed, and he became my legal representative. He worked with all the insurance carriers and hospital until all my questions and my concerns were addressed. He advised me to keep a journal documenting the details of the rehabilitation process and the impacts of my temporary disability. This record of my recovery was instrumental in negotiating a very satisfactory settlement for my personal injury. He managed my personal injury claim until all medical bills were satisfied. I cannot imagine a more favorable outcome, and I could not have done it without him.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. After an automobile accident, I was bombarded with letters from lawyers and didn't know what to do. A friend referred me to Davis, Murrelle and Lyles, PA. It was the best thing that could have happened. From the first visit on, I knew that Mr Murrelle and Melissa had my best interest at heart, not just from the legal perspective, but also concern over the medical care and treatment from the injuries. Often I got a call or email just to check to see how I was. No matter how "dumb" my question(s) may have been, they always responded quickly and with an answer I could understand. Their honesty on my specific situation and what was the best approach made me know without a doubt, it was the right advice. I also know that part of my recovery was because I had a huge peace of mind because these two were on top of things. I hope that I am never in another accident, but if I am, my first call will be to them.

For more than five years, Mr. Murrelle and his assistant, Melissa, have represented me in a complicated case involving the military. They stuck with me throughout the years and delivered a resounding victory. My case was extremely complicated, but Mr. Murrelle pulled it off. Mr. Murrelle is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. He is a warrior who never gives up on his clients. Mr. Murrelle is the best in the business. I will never forget what he did for me and my family. I highly recommend this Lawfirm, particularly the services provided by David Murrelle.

Mr. Murrelle and Melissa, his assistant, were wonderful to work with. They are very personable and easy to talk with. They were very kind and put us at ease with decisions that needed to be made. They were very communicative and provided guidance and reassurances throughout the process. I highly recommend them. I don't regret our decision to have them represent us. I highly recommend them.

Ms. Hughes recently represented us in a tricky civil ligation when others said we did not have a case. She held her own against an arrogant and much older attorney. She was professional and patient. She helped us reason though a difficult situation and we highly recommend her.
