We are truly grateful to DMCA for handling our immigration case. Even though our case had its challenges, they were successful in getting our case approved. The reason is because they know the immigration system, they have processes in place to help ensure success, and they have the people who are working hard to make sure the case is represented accurately. I want to thank our entire team Lance, Marisol, Elvira, and Brisa. And, special thanks to the knowledge and experience of Elvira for help with getting the right information on the applications, and Brisa who confidently assisted us and prepared us for the interview. She knew our case and was with us during the interview to answer some of the more challenging questions. If you want a team who is focused on achieving the best outcome, talk to DMCA.

DMCA is a best law office I worked with. I live in GA. But I heard how good this firm is with immigration laws. So I thought I will give it a try. As most of the Ga lawyers could not give me a good answer to my questions. DMCA gave me confidence that they can handle the situation. Even though it took little while for us to get an answer from USCIS. They kept me updated. They look into each detail. They made sure every detail was correct. Annabelle and Venessa they both are very good with communicating. I recommend this firm to anyone who needs any assistance with immigration issues. Thank you for helping me and my family!!

Everything you could hope for from an Immigration Attorney! Linda and Eleni were excellent on helping me through the process. Amy Thomas was incredible with her support. She took the time to explain and really went above and beyond to help me understand each stage of the process. Very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

I cannot thank DMCA enough for helping me through one of the most stressful periods of my life. After receiving a USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) on my Adjustment of Status case, I consulted with multiple immigration attorneys. The overwhelming feedback I received was that my case faced significant challenges and that I should seriously consider withdrawing my application and pursuing consular processing instead. Even the attorney who originally handled my case did not believe approval was likely. I then turned to DMCA, and they took the time to thoroughly review my case, understand the facts, and develop a strategy for responding to the NOID. Rather than treating the case as hopeless, they carefully prepared a detailed response and guided me through every step of the process. I want to specifically thank Lance Curtright, Amy Thomas, Benito Colon, Jose Casarez, and Elvira Arriaza for their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Elvira was always responsive and helpful, and the entire team made sure I understood my options and what to expect throughout the process. Today, I am happy to say that my I-485 was approved. Given the circumstances of my case and the opinions I received before hiring DMCA, I truly believe their work made a critical difference in achieving this outcome. If you are looking for an immigration law firm that will take your case seriously, communicate clearly, and fight for the best possible result, I highly recommend DMCA. Thank you again to the entire team for helping me and my family achieve this life-changing result.

Where can I begin , when you first search for an attorney in hopes to fulfill a long life dream of becoming a permanent resident, it is crucial to make sure you do your research and consult with the correct firm. Monica Saenz is my husbands attorney and I am more than grateful to have hired her as she has been very professional and most of all Very detail oriented with the entire case. Supervisor Vanessa Villa also assisted us in this manner and made things smooth. However , one specific individual that we would love to give most credit to is EMMA FARMER , she is a legal assistant of Attorney Saenz and without her this wouldn't be possible . As all may know attorneys have full case loads , busy and depend on their staff for help. Emma was always persistent , on the ball , replied within a quick and timely matter ( I never waited more than 24 hours for a response ) . Any and every question or doubts we had, Emma always knew the answers. She made the process for my husbands consular interview as smooth as can be !!! She made sure we had everything needed and always was willing to go the extra mile for us ! I couldn't thank her more and I can honestly say that Emma is a huge asset in this firm. She is great and I hope more families get to experience what we did with her. This process was not mentally easy , but they made it as smooth as can be. The attorney is great at being open about what's going on and always keeping their client in the loop of everything . Thank you so much ! WE DID IT !!!!

We are very happy with everything they did for us! Monica Saenz was always there to help us with everything no matter what it was! Very responsive and on top of things throughout all of our process. Husband had his interview this month and everything went smoothly and he was approved! It definitely does matter what lawyers you choose. We are beyond thankful for having such great lawyers especially Monica!

I cannot say enough good things about Amy Thomas and the team at De Mott, Curtright & Armendáriz. We came to Amy with an extremely complicated immigration matter and an outcome that, at times, seemed almost impossible. Amy took the time to truly understand every detail of the case, researched the difficult legal issues, prepared us thoroughly, and personally attended a nearly three hour USCIS interview. Her knowledge, preparation, judgment, and compassion were exceptional. Just as importantly, we always felt that she genuinely cared about Maria Lorena and the outcome of her case. After a very long and emotional journey, Maria Lorena's I-485 was approved and she is now a lawful permanent resident. We are incredibly grateful to Amy and her team for helping us get across the finish line.

Excellent Service !!! My mother had her interview in Ciudad Juarez Consulate in February 2026 and she was denied her visa for unknown reason . When she had everything to receive it . She was told she had to stay in Mexico for 10yrs . The Attorney Monica Saenz and with Emma Farmer . Never gave up and gave advice to me and got the job done . We finally have my mother back with us just a few days before mother's day and is just waiting for her resident card to come in through mail. Our family is completely and her grandkids are so happy she's back . Since 2010 my father husband and sisters in law cousins have gone with this Immigration Law Firm . All cases have been successful .
