I would highly recommend this firm for anyone with an injury resulting from medical negligence. I spoke with their nurse consultant right away, and soon thereafter was able to speak directly with an attorney. Attorney Kate Revens walked me through the process and was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and helping ease my nerves about the process.

Patrick Barry is one of the worst lawyers you could ever meet! Stay far away from him and his practice! He had my medical malpractice case for 2.5 years saying it's almost finished, we are in the last steps for over 9 months and then says he's dropping the case. What a group of crooks! He held on to the case for that long so I couldn't get anyone else to look at it since I only have 3 years to establish with a lawyer. No other lawyer will take my case since they only have 6 months to get everything together, so I'm out of luck. He did this on purpose and I will never forgive him or his horrible practice!

I was very pleased with the way I as a person was treated by this law firm. Attorney DeLuca took time to listen to me and explained how my case would proceed. Also, Legal Nurse Consultant Melissa DeMayo was compassionate and went down many avenues to help me. They both always answered my calls and helped with the questions and concerns as quickly as they could. Highly recommend this firm for your malpractice needs.
