I would not recommend attorney John Kaley based on my experience. Communication was consistently poor, and my significant other was left feeling that important concerns were not taken seriously. When serious issues affecting my loved one were brought to his attention, I did not see the level of urgency, advocacy, or follow-up that I expected from someone entrusted with protecting a client's rights. It often felt as though our questions went unanswered, requests for action were delayed or ignored, and we were left to seek answers on our own. As a client, you expect your attorney to communicate clearly, keep you informed, and aggressively advocate on your behalf. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you are considering hiring this attorney, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about communication, responsiveness, and how your case will be handled so you can make an informed decision.
