His experience includes roles as Assistant Solicitor to the Town of New Shoreham, an attorney for the Conservation Law Foundation, an adjunct professor of land use law, and an environmental scientist. He also serves as General Counsel to the Pawtuxet River Authority and New England Hydropower Company.
