I was told after giving $4800 that they would Do the entire trial for me. At the final hearing I was told the money was gone and I needed another 850$ so I give them that too. After the hearing was over Ans I had won. I was told it was going to cost me even more money. I had only signed a contract for the initial 4800 retainer plus some. I then got a call from Amy telling me I would owe them another 850. Amy was pushy and told me I had signed a contract for the 850$ even though I had not. Rob is a good lawyer. He's worth it. But his wife is not a good lawyer and she is rude and pushy…. All the time…. You never know who your going to get in court if it's her or him. Unless you ask… they won for me. But as far as money it was shady to say the least…..

Amy is a very poor attorney, especially when selected as a Guardian Ad Litem for the courts. Her report was riddled with errors, she was caught lying on the stand when cross-examined, and overbilled for work that was done at the last minute. Her conclusions were not based on research or medical fact but her personal opinion. She also rushed to finish her report at the last minute and couldn't recall the most basic facts when on the stand. Fathers beware, she is biased for mothers and you should seek anyone else but her if given the option. VERY Expensive.

I had an extremely poor experience with Amy Driscoll. She was appointed as the guardian ad litem for my two year old son. As a mother, I hoped I would be treated with respect and given the chance to have a voice, from supposedly unbiased court personnel, especially during a very sensitive family matter. At first, I felt she made effort to be cautious and investigate areas of concern, given my son's young age and his father's background. She recommended to the court that my son's father undergo extensive substance and mental health testing. Shortly after speaking with his affluent family references, she threw her recommendations aside completely and became suddenly biased in his favor and recommended that the court should grant all he asked for and more in terms of parenting. This dramatic shift made me wonder if she had been financially incentivized by his affluent family to get the outcome they desired from the case. They were the ones paying his attorneys fees, and had initiated the court process during their son's extended period as an absentee father. It became evident after she spoke with his family references, that she was suddenly fearful to make any statement that would harm his image in any way, although he had a background of drug abuse, illegal possession of firearms, and I fled from his home on two separate occasions while pregnant. She was consistently difficult for me to communicate with for a large portion of our case, could not recall basic information in court when asked, was directly dishonest about me on the stand, and her reports became filled with personal opinion and bias. It quickly became clear that she no longer had interest in advocating for my son; I received only one communication from her in 8 months asking for an update on how my son was adapting to the recent changes to our custody arrangement. She contacted my son's father and his counsel primarily, and sprung information on me last minute, taking whatever opportunities she could to m
