Thank you for fighting for the People against the powers of money and greed. Your fact-based resources provide the tools and know how for communities to work with their elected officials to get lead out of our skies and out of our bodies. We applaud you! Thank you, Ann Jansen Leesburg, VA

Earthjustice is a great, effective, successful defender of our Planet. I have worked with them on a variety of cases for decades. The line attorneys are smart and hard-working. If a citizen tells them something wrong is being done, they will listen. They will learn the situation. If it can be fixed by law, they are the best. At one hearing the Earthjustice attorney, with whom I was working closely as a volunteer in Jackson Hole, walked in with her materials and took her seat. The judge looked at the four attorneys for the oil company, with attendants, and looked at the lone Earthjustice lawyer. "Ms. Sheldon," the judge inquired, "do you need a few minutes for the rest of your team to get here?" "No, your Honor. Out side is ready to proceed," she said. We won the case on appeal, and set an important precedent on NEPA application. Thank you, Earthjustice!
