Eaves, Olds, Bohannon & Floyd, PLLC has provided legal services to residents of Madison and surrounding counties since its founding in 1963. Formerly known as Sword, Floyd & Moody, PLLC, the firm has grown to become the largest law firm in Madison County, with decades of experience among its attorneys and support staff.

The firm is situated in the Stouffer Building, a landmark in Richmond's Downtown Business District. Originally built around 1865, the building underwent a significant renovation in 1989 to accommodate the expanding legal practice. This award-winning restoration included work on stained-glass windows, skylights, and a large arched window. In 1991, Mike Eaves and David Bohannon received the Ida Lee Willis Foundation Preservation Award and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce Bernease Walters Beautification Award for their contributions to community beautification.
