Literally the most horrible lawyer ever. So much money spent on this man and he couldn't do anything. I do not know how he's even a lawyer.

Save your money. This lawyer is a scammer. 30000 dollars later and the best he could do was 15 years. He didn't even do any leg work, just repeatedly asked for more money in lump sums. He said it was for investigations, then psych evaluation, nothing was ever done. When appointments were scheduled He was disorganized and didn't know where anything was. Very disappointed. Save your money, if your life depends on it, He ain't any good. Hire a lawyer, that really cares about his clients, not someone who is ready with their hand out.

Mr. Garcia is a great attorney. He is good at what he does and will help you through all your legal issues. He's been my attorney for many years. His staff (Rosie) is amazing they both are always available. If you need a criminal attorney he is the one to hire you will not regret it.
