Abby is highly competent and professional - the best in her field. Her winning track record speaks volumes to her work ethic and dedication to her clients. Those that don't hire her at the beginning, ultimately end up hiring her for their appeals; therefore, save yourself money by hiring the best out-of-the-gate.
