  the time it finally, when I made the decision to start my life over again and declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy.   I wouldn't recommend having a Podiatrist perform a kidney transplant. I would also not recommend having a general practice attorney handle a Chapter 11 case. If you own a business and are considering restructuring your debt there isn't a person on the planet probably more versed in the nuances and technicalities of Chapter 11 filings than Eric Goering. Our business was decimated by the Covid crisis and the economic downturn. We had originally hired an inexperienced attorney that managed to get our case dismissed on the first filing. Eric helped us paddle through some extremely turbulent waters and get us into safe harbors. His knowledge of the Law and the process helped us get a plan from filing to confirmation in less than six months. This was during a pandemic and also navigating a NEW law that no one had dealt with in this Jurisdiction before our filing. It was evident from the interactions he had with the Court and the US Trustees that he is uniquely qualified to be considered an expert in this area of Law. He helped saved our Company and the dozens of jobs we provide in the local community. He also negotiated terms that are enabling our vendors and other creditors to receive compensation in a new repayment schedule. Eric's staff is also top notch and professional. He is not going to be the least expensive attorney you hire. He can charge like a Major Leaguer because he performs like a Major Leaguer. Use his services with confidence.

  Eric went above and beyond with an issue that didn't even have anything to do with a bankruptcy that came up during our conversations. He was professional & empathetic. Empathy means a lot to me. I wish I could refer anyone I know to him for legal advice besides just bankruptcy, but if you do need a bankruptcy lawyer I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Eric.
