I am a CPA in SLC. I referred around 50 clients who needed a simple will and trust for a reasonable price to Erik Paulsen. Every one of them were thrilled. He keeps the process very simple and comprehensive. With a few of my clients who have since died, it was extremely helpful and expeditious to have their estates set up correctly. I will continue to refer clients to Erik whenever possible.

A living revocable trust isn't protection. You pay $1,400 for a binder of pdf files you can download for free from the internet. ChatGBT did a better job at doing our irrevocable trust. I feel scammed. He didn't explain the different types of trust options. We had $30 dollar LegalShield attorney look over our new revocable trust and we did a better job on our own.

He walked us through it step-by-step so that it made sense and we could feel confident in our decision making. Not only did we appreciate and value his deep knowledge of estate planning, but also his availability for us to ask questions. When we called and left a message, he always returned the call the same day. He is prompt, thorough, efficient and very organized. But even more, he is kind, approachable, wise and helped us organize our estate without all the stress!! Would highly recommend!!
