Awful. Prosecutor colluded with the defendant's attorney and failed to contact me about the change in hearing format from virtual to in-person.

The very very young prosecutor displayed embarrassing tactics in the courtroom was extremely biased very unprofessional display obviously. Very clearly uses the defendants and accuses them from his own personal opinion instead of concrete evidence worst display I've ever seen in a courtroom totally unfair practices can't believe it's legal

Above the law and abide by different laws than they hold citizens accountable for based on the video I just watched an allegedly drunk attorney. Laws for thee; not for me. She should be fired and disbarred immediately, otherwise the entire organization loses credibility. They'll stay behind the thick blue line though.

I hope I'm not voted off of the island for being the only person to leave a positive review! I can't speak to everyone's experience while coming in contact with the commonwealth attorneys office but I can speak to mine. I previously left a negative review because just like in any office you have the good the bad and the cringy. Earlier this month I was the victim in a case where you walk in already feeling vulnerable and frightened. Mr. Travis Lafey (sorry if it's misspelled) was the ACA handling my case. Before we sat down to discuss my case I noticed him dashing in and out of courtrooms and trying to handle 3 different conversations at once while trying to decipher what is being announced over the crackling fuzzy courthouse intercom. I noticed that he made sure he gave everyone his undivided attention as well. When it was my turn we met in a quiet conference room and he listened as I recounted a very traumatic experience. He answered all of my questions. He was honest and transparent and when he was unsure about a specific issue he took the extra step of double checking with a colleague just to be sure. He offered excellent advice and even offered to validate my parking! In the end we didn't pursue the case. Yes I was disappointed but when you are a victim of this type of crime it means so much more when someone believes you and empathizes with having to be a victim of a crime like this. Thank you Mr. Lafey.

Careful bringing your first born child here for speech impairments. My son was 2 years old and had difficulty speaking (word sounding) and it was understandable since he has no one to talk to and us parents being busy. They tried to say he had signs of autism all the while they have no credibility to diagnose that. They wanted to say that so we could put our child on meds and really mess him up. 7 years later my child is the smartest in his class and earnings awards in school and doctors say he is perfectly healthy. Do not let them say your child is showing signs early signs autism or any other stuff they are not qualified to diagnose.

The excuse the attorney general gave for the Perez case was unacceptable. Unless his agency becomes proactive and resolve these types of cases all are at risk. His family and the community is in the current position because local agencies are too bureaucratic and not seeking to resolve issues.
