How to say that this firm changed my life. I was really stress when i contacted them Iva and Josh are my angels. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. My initial attorney was responsive and capable, which gave me confidence at the start. However, after he left the firm, communication deteriorated significantly. I frequently had to send multiple follow-up emails to get any response, and there were extended periods—up to several months—where I received no updates or replies despite my efforts to stay in touch. When a new attorney was eventually assigned, the firm charged me for the time spent reviewing my case to bring the new lawyer up to speed. This felt unreasonable, as the change in counsel was due to circumstances within the firm, not anything I caused. Additionally, the total fees ended up substantially higher than what was originally quoted or estimated, particularly after the transition to the new attorney. The billing process was also frustrating: invoices often arrived late or at the firm's convenience, followed by immediate demands for payment and threats of consequences if not paid promptly. Overall, the firm came across as prioritizing billing over client service and communication. I would not recommend them based on this experience and suggest others ask detailed questions about attorney turnover, billing practices, and communication expectations upfront.
