I'm a repeat customer, having had documents prepared for myself twice and using their services for an incapacitated family member. All I can say is that it is WONDERFUL to deal with Fern and her staff. Before I engaged them, I interviewed other firms, none of whom I could imagine using. And I used another firm that was not nearly as comprehensive. Here, I found highly competent, very warm, well organized staff and reasonable prices, especially for services of this caliber. I have been urging friends to work with her. Highly recommend!
