Mr. Fischer is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, and collection matters.

He is admitted to the New York Bar, First Department, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His education includes a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Hobart College, with further study in Aviation Law.
