  Incompetent people! they even close the office before 5pm but I imagine they get their salaries as if they work full office hours. They didn't even find my kid's name under my petition, as the customer agent who I talked to by phone told me, she didn't understand why there was other kids names as my children and my actually kid wasn't there nor his father's name but there was other people's names, that's why I've been waiting for a response for more than 1 month and the sent a pack of papers to my house that I had to fill up again, but they were the same documents I already signed in the office. I don't understand why there is such incompetent people working for an institution that has to be efficient for our children's wellbeing. My children hasn't received anything from his father or any other institution, I'm thinking to send my children with my family to my country because I can't cover all the expenses here for him, and they didn't even start the process against my baby's father. Thank you to the person in charge that made a mess under my name!!! Hope you all have your pockets full of money and are able to feed your kids

  Called to get copy of court oder. The Called started good. At the end of the Called the agent ask anything else that she can help me with. I Said thanks I'm good and I started to make a comment about how much paperwork is needed to move into a new appartment. SHE CUTS ME OFF AND SAYS JUST HANG UP THE PHONE I CAN'T HEAR WHAT YOU SAYING 😒. I SAID THIS IS HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE AT THE END OF THE PHONE CALL. THEN SHE CHANGED HER TONE OH NO WE JUST HAVE A BAD CONNECTION ON THE LINE

  Mrs. Fabiola was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about her job, and very pleasant to talk with. cause i can tell you as a man going to the child support office it is very stressful dealing with some of the workers there, they see me as a useless human being, so with that said I am very grateful for people like her.
