John Foley, an immigration lawyer I was truly looking for months. As an eligible, legal permanent resident I needed a professional to educate me about the benefits of citizenship and provide guidance to overcome barriers to naturalization. As a skillful professional, John Foley performed high quality application assistance, provided legal advice and all materials needed to apply for US citizenship. Any process is easy if done by/with a competent person. If you are a Russian speaker, there is always Katya, the immigration specialist at Foley Law Offices, to help you to translate documents or interpret and manage the e-mail communication. During each step of the process (consultation, document collection, filing, interview preparation, oath ceremony, US passport application) John was clear in his explanations and guidance and was always with me. My case was successfully processed and I was happy to get the interview day. John's presence at the actual interview made me more confident and even smarter. I passed the naturalization test successfully and then was so proud to take the oath of allegiance at a solemn ceremony. I got my US passport book and card only in 3 weeks after the passport application (usually it takes 3 months). We did a great job together, John. Dedicated, honest, reliable, respectful, responsive. I'm certain John Foley treats all his clients with the same high level of professionalism. So fortunate to have met and worked with FOLEY LAW offices.

John and Katya were amazing. Very professional and they know how to do their job. John is not a regular guy who wants to get you as a client, he cares about his clients. He was not just my attorney, he was my support and I felt very safe from the beginning. John and Katya helped me to get my citizenship done and I am very thankful. I would strongly recommend John Foley as an Immigration Attorney!

My family and I have been using Foley Law Office for quite some years and I must say his service has been exceptional. From obtaining my green card to becoming a citizen he has been along this journey with me and am happy I chose Attorney Foley and his services. He goes above and beyond in every thing, he explains the immigration process thoroughly, never misses a phone call no matter how late it is and is needed. He's just the best at what he does. I've never had a doubt throughout my entire process and has always felt like I was in good hands and I was indeed.

I highly recommend Mr. Foley's professional legal service. John guided us through my immigration process to become a citizen. He and Katya have been very professional, compassionate and thorough during each step. When I approached John for his help 5 years ago, I was in a somewhat dire situation. After a few unanswered calls to other law offices, John picked up my call. He immediately understood the situation and laid out some potential solutions to my problem. John's initial consultation calmed me down and gave me a lot of hope. I felt that he was professional, knowledgeable and genuine. When you are dealing with delicate immigration matters, you want someone you can trust. And John is that person. He and his team are competent, organized and up to date about the changing policies. He brings in many years of experience and he is very connected. In addition to John's expertise and experience, he and his team care about their clients and are always there for us when we need them. If we have a question, we can always get a response within the hour. It is comforting to know that your legal help is only a text/phone call away. I felt lucky to have met John and acquired his assistance. My family is grateful for all his help.

My wife recently received her Citizenship and we worked with John Foley through the entire process. He is incredibly good at what he does and made the process extremely smooth and easy for us. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine and his wife who is going through the immigration process and they are working with John already and have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs immigration help. He is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and above all a great person that will give you the support you need through a complicated process. We had no issues and no stress in going through the green card and citizenship process and that is all thanks to John.
