I really wished I would have looked at these views here . Because let me tell you they are true . Never had time to answer the phone when I had questions. Never answer any of my questions. Got me railroaded in temporary court. Just stood there and said nothing.

Poor family values. Rude and very unprofessional. She holds herself to "I'm better than you" and " Do it her way or no way!".

I've used her services twice in a divorce and annulment, Liz provided excellent counsel allowing me to retain everything.

If I could give her a zero I would!!! She makes you wait months for help because she's too "busy" to help a single mother! I hope this goes higher and something is done about this!

If I could give her a zero I would. She has zero empathy for mothers. Her unethical practices are obvious. Just stay away.

Elizabeth Fulton is a dishonest and unethical human being. I did a remodel for her and even though she said she was very pleased with the work, refused to pay. I don't know how well she advocates for her clients as an attorney. I simply know she cannot be trusted!

Elizabeth Fulton was assigned to be the mediation attorney over the custody case for my daughter. On the day of mediation, she was 30 minutes late. this was a video conference mediation. She was handling multiple mediations at one time. It is apparent, that she is running a mediation mill. Stacking up as many as she can to collect as much money as she can. She made me feel rushed and pressured during every decision. Often hissing and sighing. When 5 PM came she made it clear that she was done. but she said that we could continue on another day. So once again, on another day we continued on via video conference. Only this time she made it clear that she was only there for a few minutes. Before there was ever even a true mediated settlement agreement between my ex-wife and I, Mrs. Fulton completely exited herself from the process. Of course after she had already been paid. She stopped all correspondence. Did not respond to any attempted forms of communication between my lawyer or myself. Therefore leaving it to the lawyers to wrap things up. A mediation that should have been completed in a matter of a day or two, was stretched out over the course of 7 months. During that 7 months, my ex-wife and her lawyer managed to skirt all of the rules and take advantage of any and every gray area that Mrs. Fulton left behind. There were many commitments that Elisabeth Fulton made to me during mediation that she did not follow through on. Elizabeth Fulton as a mediation attorney has been a complete nightmare. The agreement that I signed when I agreed for her to be the mediation attorney was that she would have to settle any disputes on interpretations in the MSA. however, she ignored every single attempt at communication. And when she finally did respond, she said that it was not her job to mediate or to settle disputes. When I highlighted the section where it said that it actually was her job, and sent that to her all she did was ignore me. Fast forward 7 months from th
