Google wasn't around when we used the firm for our immigration. it resulted in a 10year ban due to no communication between the separated client and the firm. Also, my current lawyer is having to fix everything that was filed incorrectly because at the time "it was easier and faster" to file with that type of status. Also, when trying to get all my documents back, I was told they had already destroyed them BEFORE the legal date of destruction. My advice is to question everything during the process. If you are already married, and they want to file a fiancée visa, that should be a red flag to go to another lawyer.

First I would like to say thank you to Tom for the assistance in our case because it was very complicated. Finally, the status on our case is been approved and now my wife has her GC. I highly recommend him based on my own experience. He is very professional and supportive and Well knowledgeable. Tom helped move the issue forward, explained the process and most importantly for us, treated us so well in the middle of a stressful time. And his Secretary (Karen), She is helpful and nice to their clients. I will always refer others to Geygan and Geygan Law Firm.

Worst service and level of curtesy I've experienced in a while, even for Ohio. I've paid this office $900 in 2018 for expected services that were never rendered because I decided to not go ahead with it at the time. After calling them recently asking for a video conference appointment the rather unpleasant receptionist informed me she couldn't tell me whether or how much I'd be charged for the call or not. You're just a number for anyone at this office and with the current situation you instilling fear in people they're having a hay day exploiting the possibility to exponentially expand their profit margins. What service provider doesn't provide the cost of service until you bought the cat in the bag, especially if payment was already rendered. If you hire them expect to pay but be forgotten.

Mr. Geygan and his secretary have both been wonderful to my wife and I throughout the process of bringing her to the United States and establishing lawful permanent residency. Highly recommended.
