The Greene Law Firm offers legal representation in immigration and family law matters. Based in Columbia, Maryland, the firm serves clients in Howard County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, and throughout the State of Maryland for family law cases. Its immigration practice extends to representation before USCIS and Immigration Court in Baltimore and Washington, D.C., as well as across the United States. The firm also represents clients globally and offers services in Spanish.

Jonathan S. Greene is the founder of the Greene Law Firm, bringing more than twenty years of experience in both immigration and family law. His immigration experience includes serving as the former Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association Immigration Law Section and the Washington, D.C.-Maryland-Virginia chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Greene has also been a past AILA national board of governors member, an immigration law adjunct professor, and an advocate on immigration issues before the Maryland General Assembly. He received the 2008 AILA Washington D.C. Chapter Advocate of the Year Award and has served as an expert witness on immigration law issues.

In family law, Mr. Greene possesses twenty years of trial and appellate courtroom experience. He has presented family law seminars and previously co-chaired the Domestic Violence Task Force of the Public Justice Center. His work has also included collaboration with the American Bar Association Commission on Domestic Violence, and he has published articles in various legal journals.
