  I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this. I reached out to Gregory Forman pretty last minute when things got serious, and he jumped in right away. Within a couple of emails, he understood what was going on and got straight to work. No back and forth, no overcomplicating anything….just handled it. What really stood out to me was how direct and effective he is. He didn't waste time talking in circles or making things sound bigger than they were. He knew exactly who to contact and what needed to happen, and things started moving almost immediately. I went from not knowing what was going to happen to having a clear plan and a real path forward faster than I expected. If you're in a situation where things matter and you need someone who knows what they're doing and actually gets things done, he's the guy.

  I am extremely grateful that I found Mr.Forman and he represented me. I've had two lawyers over the past 2.5 years and had lost all faith, but now it is restored. He is an expert in what he does. He is very responsive and organized. He is no BS. It isn't what you always want to hear, but it is what you need to hear and what will be best for your case. He may be hard on you, but it's worth it because he will be harder on the other side. WORTH IT. His time is valuable, so don't waste it and he won't waste yours! I don't have enough good things to say. Seriously, finding him has changed my outlook on everything. I will recommend him again and again. He is the best.

  Gregory Forman is a lawyer's lawyer. He is an asset to anyone who wants to clearly and irrefutably understand the law and how it applies to their case. He is honest and will make it clear whenever a discussion shifts outside his role so you don't rack up needless billable hours. Greg has been practicing and setting precedents longer than most modern marriages last. If you want the straight truth and can handle objectivity, you will not find a better outcome than with Mr. Forman.

  I am a licensed inactive attorney. My now ex-husband brought a frivolous, injurious claim against me after a no-fault divorce that impacted my livelihood and reputation. It was extremely emotionally charged for me and I hired Mr. Forman to help dismiss the claim. Mr. Forman's competence was outstanding. He capably rebutted every allegation with absolute legal competence, relying on his expertise and actual case law instead of any kind of return accusations. His professionalism and acumen won the case and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced honest attorney. He was meticulous with tracking of costs, including research, and time as well. In addition, he made wonderful recommendations on actions that were ultimately to my benefit and always gave me an accurate read-out on my remaining retainer. Ultimately, he returned a large portion of it. In my opinion Mr. Forman is a huge asset to the South Carolina Bar and honors our state and the legal profession.   Mr. Forman is a brilliant man and SC is lucky to have him. His understanding of the law and care for people is bar none. He wasn't able to take my case but I spoke with 6 attorneys prior to him and he was the only one I felt comfortable with. It's rare to find a person who is highly analytical and just as emotionally intelligent. He will cut through the fluff and give you the answers you need even if they're not what you want to hear. Top notch.

  I highly recommend Mr. Forman. He is more than likely one of the most knowledgeable family law attorneys in Charleston. I worked with him for almost 2 years and found him to be extremely organized, responsive and most importantly very dedicated to my case. He is really honest and never mislead me. He absolutely expects you to do your part, but it's for your own benefit especially if you end up going to trial. He prepares for trial from the very beginning which I learned was completely necessary and paid off during trial. He listens and pays attention to your goals and is very detailed oriented. I never felt rushed in our meetings and he always answered all of my questions properly and very thoroughly. I was really happy with the results and felt that he did a really great job!
