  Ms. Taylor was who represented me, while I didn't speak to her very often, any time I did she was to the point, honest and understanding. She was clear in what she needed from me and I didn't have to guess at what was expected, be it signatures, office notes, or documentation. Her team of assistants were also very incredible, always called back if I left a message, answered emails in a timely manner - they were always nice and personable.   I was represented by Katie Taylor. Her team was there if I had any questions or wanted an update. I started my journey on my own and was denied. It was heartbreaking, but it sounds like most people get denied, especially on their own. Needless to say, I had hope knowing someone was on my side. Fast forward and I was granted a hearing and approval! Without a doubt I would still be another person lost in a pile of paper if I hadn't found her! What do you have to lose?
