Heidi Buck Morrison

Heidi Buck Morrison is an attorney whose practice focuses on several key areas, including Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, creditor's rights issues, litigation, family law, and real estate. She also holds the position of civil city attorney for the City of American Falls. Before joining Racine Olson in 2016, Ms. Morrison practiced in Seattle, Washington, where she represented banks, credit unions, mortgage services, and trustees in disputes related to mortgages and real property.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Morrison has successfully argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Washington appellate courts, in addition to Idaho and Washington state, federal, and bankruptcy trial courts. Her educational background includes a law degree from Seattle University School of Law, earned in 2009, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Montana in 2004. She is admitted to practice in Idaho and Washington, as well as in various U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Morrison has been recognized for her work, being selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in the Mountain States edition for 2017, 2018, and 2019. She is also active in professional organizations, including the Sixth District Family Law Section and the American, Idaho State, and Washington State Bar Associations.
