I felt compelled to let the world know how happy I am with our refinance experience thanks to Holler Law Firm. I realize that perhaps no everybody takes negative google reviews too seriously, but this company has helped me through a stressful process with courtesy and grace. I feel obligated to make sure that a few sour grapes don't spoil the rest on the vine. I have a bit of empathy for this process, having worked in the mortgage industry for a short time a few years ago. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. They are at the mercy of several of parties that they do business for. Naturally, things don't always happen as we expect. Holler Law Firm went above and beyond to ensure the safety of everybody involved (due to the pandemic). Some might say that it was "overkill," but better to be safe than sorry! When you're dealing with a big name financial institution during a process like a refinance, having a company like Holler Law Firm with real people who answer the phone (and can even answer your questions!) is a breath of fresh air. Attorney Holler should feel proud of his team and the incredible work that they do.

Christopher Jay introduced himself to me, explaining the whole process as we went over the signing of the documents. He reviewed everything I needed to know and understand and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I felt Attorney Meyers was personable and friendly. He explained each document. He asked twice if I had any questions to make sure I had an understanding. I did not feel rushed to get through the closing even though he had a schedule to keep.

Kimberly was awesome. She treated me with respect. She made sure I understood everything without trying to rush through it as if I were taking up to much time. I felt appreciated and again respected. I would highly recommend her and her law firm.

I didn't care for my experience with this law firm. I understand they are a business and this is a numbers game and that I am just a number, but when you email me instructions about closing on a small deed I am purchasing, at least make it seem like you care. The instructions didn't explain anything and it was written in law code from a generic template. Lots of the stuff didn't pertain to me or explain anything about the process or what I need to do. The lady also just ignores my emails until the lawyer they subcontracted out called me and explained everything. He was actually really nice and spent time that he wasn't getting paid for to talk to me. However he doesn't even really work for them, he is an independent contractor out of SC to handle properties in SC for them. He actually did service recovery because he felt it was the right thing to do for the customer, not because he works for this law firm. They are greedy or a little too big for their britches for my liking
