About ICWA Law Center
The ICWA Law Center provides legal services and advocacy for Indian families, focusing exclusively on the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). The firm's mission is to strengthen, preserve, and reunite Indian families, consistent with the Act's mandates and spirit.
The Law Center represents Indian families affected by the child protection system. Its goals include delivering high-quality legal services, preserving and reuniting Indian families, and collaborating with families and tribes to secure safe homes for children when out-of-home placement is necessary. The firm also advocates for the best interests of Indian children, their right to maintain family and tribal connections, and works to address disparities in out-of-home placements of Indian children.
In addition to direct representation, the ICWA Law Center collaborates with tribes, community service providers, and child protection professionals. It advocates for systematic responses to better meet the needs of Indian children and families and provides training focused on compliance with the ICWA. The firm also facilitates a national ICWA resource through its website. Its core values are justice, engagement, collaboration, and understanding.

I can't get anyone to call me back to save my life and I've been trying for over 2 mos. No one ever answers the phones there so I'm not sure how to get a hold of anyone in this office.

I've been calling for a month for legal advice on an extremely urgent matter. Talked to a lady 2 weeks ago who said she would have someone call me back and nothing. Have tried calling to follow up, nothing. My matter is urgent and I rather hear no or we can't help instead of feeling ignored. This company is 🗑️
